Job Description:
Currently seeking an experienced Workday specialist to join the HR Systems Workday product team who is an expert in process and configuration of Workday. Requires deep expertise in Workday HCM set up and related integration, with focus on Talent and Recruitment modules. Adaptability to support other functional areas across Workday’s modules (e.g. Core HCM) is highly desired. The resource will interface with stakeholders and play a key role in applying their Talent/Recruitment domain and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and implement solutions in order to meet HR business requirements.
• 8+ years of overall IT/Human Capital domain experience
• 5+ years of relevant Workday support experience in projects related to Workday Talent and Recruitment
• Hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security and BIRT Reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Roles & Responsibilities
• Use Workday experience to identify, design, configure, test and implement Talent/Recruitment solutions based on business requirements and industry standards
• Understand the implications of Workday configuration choices made, collaborate across IT product teams, and work cross-functionally (with other value streams, business process owners, functional SMEs, super-users, and end-users) to ensure and deploy a cohesive system solution
• Perform system functionality testing in support of integration and implementation
• Diagnose and resolve system incidents, supporting a full lifecycle of change management processes
• Understand and adhere to SOX processes to ensure compliance to system controls and regulations
• Update the incidents and enhancements in Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
