Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Type: Full-time/Hourly – W2

About the Role:

Senior AI/ML Engineer with at least 10+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions that drive business impact. This role partners closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to operationalize advanced models and deliver intelligent, production-grade systems

Key Responsibilities:
• Strong expertise in Python and core ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production (MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, feature engineering, large-scale data processing)
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed computing (e.g., Spark)
• AWS and Snowflake strongly preferred
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions and communicate results to stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Experience working on AWS and Snowflake strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices
• Background in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading ML initiatives
