Overview
Job Title: Entry-Level Data Analyst for Cisco
Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.77 per hour
Primary Focus: Responsible for analyzing and providing global data insights for partner program eligibility.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly data analysis to produce comprehensive reports on partner metrics.
• Perform biannual assessments to determine partner eligibility in programs.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via internal email and helpdesk queue.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and validate business requirements.
• Source and analyze data for automation and development of reports and dashboards.
• Identify gaps in processes and data for key metrics production, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Partner with Business, IT, and Operational stakeholders to develop testing and training plans.
• Ensure upstream and downstream stakeholders understand the integration of internal data for a comprehensive Customer Success perspective.
Customer Focus: Provide timely assistance to clients, manage continuous improvement through ongoing data collection, and demonstrate strong listening and communication skills.
Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to team objectives, solicit input from colleagues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Sales, Service, or Customer Success operations.
• Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and reporting tools, including Excel, Smartsheet, databases, PowerPoint, Power Query, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments and handle ambiguity.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Technical Knowledge: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with at least two of the following toolsets: Excel, Microsoft Office.
Interpersonal Skills: Clear communication, dependability, and teamwork abilities are essential.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check; may require additional checks based on project/client needs.
Working Conditions:
• Normal office environment with prolonged periods of computer use.
• Flexible schedule may be required, including holidays and after-hours work.
• Potential travel for business or professional development.
