Job Title: Warehouse Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in the waterworks sector. In this role, you will contribute to receiving and pulling freight, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and loading and unloading trucks. You will also work closely with contractors in commercial settings, supplying large pipes for major commercial projects.
Responsibilities
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
• 1 year of recent warehouse/sit down forklift experience.
• No more than 3 months gap in work history.
• Professional demeanor as you may be customer facing.
• 1 year of experience with Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting from 50-75 lbs and heavier loads with forklifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pull, and twist for a full 8-hour shift.
Preferred Qualifications
• A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Salary & Benefits
Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
