Role Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procedure Scheduler for an on-site, full-time position located in Phoenix, AZ. The Procedure Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments and procedures, ensuring patient schedules are managed effectively, and serving as a key liaison between patients and staff. Day-to-day tasks include verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate records, communicating with medical professionals, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications
• Scheduling and administrative skills, including appointment coordination and patient record management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in verifying insurance information and understanding of healthcare billing processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical administration preferred
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and professional patient care
