Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ for a Food & Beverage Manager / Executive Chef. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, menu planning, staff training, and maintaining high-quality standards for the culinary experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing operations to meet financial targets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with various hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, including menu development, kitchen operations, and quality control
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address guest needs and elevate their dining experiences
• Ability to effectively lead and execute Training programs for team members to ensure competency and high performance
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management to control costs, manage resources, and meet revenue goals
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
• Prior experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management preferred
