Cleaning Technician

Miami Top Cleaning is seeking a highly dependable and hardworking Cleaning Technician who is ready to meet the demands of a fast-paced, physically challenging work environment. We are looking for individuals who can handle difficult cleaning tasks, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain high standards.

Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license (required)
• Must speak both English and Spanish
• Must have legal authorization to work (papers required)
• Must have an open and flexible schedule — we will assign up to 40 hours per week
• Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Job Expectations:
• Perform intensive cleaning tasks in commercial and construction environments
• Handle physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and long hours on your feet
• Work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations
• Maintain strict attention to detail and safety standards
