Job Description
Desired Qualifications
• Associates Degree in relevant field
• Post high school vocational or trade school training in electrical repair
• Must be able to speak English
Ideal Experience
• Proven experience with motor and pulley alignment
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools
• Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in maintenance repairs
• 2 years of Building Automation Controls experience a plus
• Experience with Building Maintenance Systems
• High School diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to read and write
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and
some holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
