Healthcare Law | Multi-State Practice | Full-Time

With 35 years of experience in healthcare law, we have built an exceptional reputation for delivering results that matter to the providers, institutions, and professionals we serve. Our attorneys are trusted advocates in some of the most complex and consequential matters in healthcare law - and we are growing. We are seeking a talented, driven attorney to join our Regulatory and Licensure Division and continue building on the legacy our clients depend on.

The Opportunity

This is a substantive litigation and administrative law role with real responsibility from day one. The primary focus of this position is to represent healthcare providers in administrative licensing matters, regulatory proceedings, and appeals. As the successful attorney demonstrates competency, the portfolio will expand to include credentialing and peer review matters.

If you are an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in strategic thinking, and is energized by high-stakes advocacy on behalf of healthcare professionals, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do
• Independently manage a significant caseload of healthcare law regulatory and professional licensing matters from intake through resolution
• Represent healthcare providers before licensing boards, administrative agencies, and appellate bodies
• Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals
• Handle administrative hearings, including preparation of witnesses, evidence, and legal arguments
• Advise clients on professional licensing issues, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary proceedings
• Assist with credentialing and peer review matters as experience and competency are demonstrated
• Navigate federal administrative procedures related to healthcare providers and programs
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys to deliver cohesive, high-quality client service

Required

What We're Looking For
• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission in good standing in Florida
• 4+ years of litigation experience with meaningful exposure to healthcare law, administrative law, or professional licensing
• Demonstrated ability as an attorney to independently manage and strategically direct a substantial caseload
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Commitment to client service and to upholding the firm's 35-year reputation for excellence

Preferred / Major Plus
• Administrative hearing experience - preparation and presentation before boards and agencies
• Knowledge of and experience with peer review, credentialing, and medical staff matters
• Familiarity with federal administrative procedures in the healthcare law context
• Prior representation of physicians, nurses, or other licensed healthcare professionals in professional licensing or disciplinary matters
• Multi-state licensure or experience practicing across multiple jurisdictions

What We Offer
• Competitive salary and bonus structure commensurate with experience
• The opportunity to join a firm with 30+ years of established relationships, referral networks, and an exceptional reputation in healthcare law
• A collegial, experienced team of attorneys invested in your professional growth
• Meaningful, substantive work with real impact for the clients and healthcare professionals you represent
• A platform for the right attorney to build a distinguished career within a firm that has already built its own legacy
