Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook with strong sauté experience and the ability to prepare pasta dishes efficiently. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, maintains high food quality standards, and contributes to a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items on the sauté station and pasta station
• Execute dishes consistently according to recipes and standards
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a line cook, with sauté and pasta experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and timing
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
