Job Description
North Mountain Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona looking to hire a full-time Cook. If you would like to work in a fun and fast paced rehab environment, come in and ask for an application. After filling out our application, you will then meet with the Dietary Executive to learn more about our award-winning Facility and the advanced level of care we provide.
Shift Time: Day/ PM Full time and Weekend Availability required
Our Cooks at North Mountain serve over 150 patients and work with a team of dietary aides, dietetic technicians, and nutritionists to ensure patients are well taken care of and dietary needs are met.
- We are located at 9155 N. 3rd Street Phoenix, AZ 85020.

Experience:

Specific Requirements:
- Must be able to handle all the physically demanding aspects of being a cook/prep.
- Must provide great customer service to patients and employees!
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A LEVEL ONE FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD UPON FORMAL HIRE. FEES RANGE FROM $60-$75. APPLY ONLINE WITH AZDPS TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
