Position Title: Floor Technician

Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience as a floor technician
• Experience with buffing, stripping, and waxing floors
• Experience in carpet care and cleaning
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties

As a Floor Technician, cleaning and floor care will be your primary responsibilities. Duties include:
• Performing general floor maintenance and care
• Buffing, stripping, and waxing various floor surfaces
• Operating carpet cleaning equipment and maintaining carpets
• Ensuring floors are clean, safe, and well-maintained
