Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands are seeking dedicated and talented individuals who are passionate about automotive technology to join our team. We are currently looking for an Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Trainee.
In this paid apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to master a variety of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations by adhering to Original Equipment (OE) specifications and repair standards. You will build confidence as a calibration technician working with a diverse range of vehicle manufacturers. Training will be provided by Protech along with virtual support from a robust team, as well as ongoing education on emerging vehicle technologies. The aim is to advance from an Apprentice to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration Specialist by the conclusion of your 7-month apprenticeship.
Potential Earnings: You can earn up to $22.40 per hour as a mobile calibration technician apprentice.

Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet our insurance policy coverage criteria.

• Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
• Capable of performing consistent physical activities, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description
• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hangar positions)
• Comply with environmental health / safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
• Perform and document work completed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
• Assist in other maintenance disciplines – Avionics, Structures, Composites etc.
• Assist with mechanical / electrical removals and installations
• Return aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations
• Audit your own location and truck monthly
• Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA
