Plumber

We are a commercial construction company that specializes in tenant improvements, commercial remodels, and build-outs of restaurant and retail spaces. Our offices are located near the 5 freeway in Sun Valley. Job sites are scattered around Los Angeles and beyond. We are looking for a Plumber with knowledge in commercial plumbing.

The ideal candidate for this position would have knowledge about water distribution, waste disposal in commercial buildings, knowledge in plumbing upgrades, and knowledge in installation and troubleshooting drains, gas pipe, copper water piping and water heaters.

Core duties include but are not limited to: installing new plumbing systems, grease interceptors, water heaters and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in new construction or renovations
Working knowledge of plumbing fitting and procedures for commercial buildings
Must have knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and installation procedures
Experience installing new plumbing systems, drains, gas pipe, copper water pipe, water heaters and grease interceptors
Must have professional work habits and install clean work
Other Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must have own tools
Must be able to take directions and work cooperatively with other trades as well as the ability to work independently.
Good problem solving skills
Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
