Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Take customer orders accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments with proper cash handling procedures.
Serve food items promptly while maintaining food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Engage with customers to provide friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular options to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, coffee equipment, dining areas, and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Manage time effectively during busy periods by prioritizing tasks such as food prep, order fulfillment, and customer interactions.
Support team members by assisting with food preparation or restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

Prior barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus.
Experience in food service or retail environments demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
