Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and P&L leadership for the U.S. Airfreight product, driving profitable growth, market share, and service excellence.
• Own national airfreight performance, including revenue, margin, cost control, and corrective actions across stations.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Product, and Key Account Management to develop competitive solutions, customer SOPs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead, develop, and inspire regional and branch airfreight leaders, ensuring optimal staffing, capability, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, airline agreements, and regulatory requirements while elevating customer experience.
