Job Overview

We’re looking for a voluntary passionate and creative Freelance content creator to join our team and help us grow our online presence! Possibly leading to a permanent position. You will be compensated with free studio time, giving you access to our space for your own creative projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Develop creative campaigns to promote the studio and attract bookings.
Interact with our online community by responding to comments and DMs.
Track social media analytics and suggest ways to improve engagement.
Assist with on-site content creation (e.g., capturing behind-the-scenes footage).
What We’re Looking For:

A creative individual with a passion for social media and content creation.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Photography or videography skills are a plus but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Based in London or willing to travel to the studio occasionally.
Schedule:

Flexible hours: Primarily weekends, with the option for 0-5 hours/week depending on your availability.
Remote work is possible for most tasks, with occasional on-site visits for content creation.

Duties

Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, responding appropriately to enhance community engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with our brand objectives.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign strategies.
Help organise and promote online events or campaigns through social media channels.
Analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Support the public relations team in drafting press releases and other communication materials as needed.
