Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks including tear-off and re-roofing
Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required for different construction activities.
Engage in roofing, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing tasks as needed.
Support restoration projects by applying skills in caulking, stucco application, and tile laying.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in fabrication, and other relevant areas.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on-site.
