Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Female Clothing Sales Assistant to join our vibrant fashion retail team. In this role, you will support daily sales operations, assist with customer service, organize samples and documents, and help maintain a professional and inviting showroom or retail environment.
Your enthusiasm for fashion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will help our sales team operate smoothly while providing customers with a positive and professional experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, is organized, and is willing to support both customer-facing and administrative tasks.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting clothing items that suit their preferences and needs.
Provide product information, including fabric, fit, style, sizing, and basic styling suggestions.
Assist the sales team with daily work, including customer follow-up, order support, sample preparation, and coordination.
Organize clothing samples, product displays, catalogs, and related sales materials.
Maintain and update basic sales documents, product lists, customer information, and internal records.
Use Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to assist with daily office and sales tasks.
Help prepare documents, forms, price lists, product information sheets, and simple reports.
Support communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members by phone, email, or in person.
Maintain attractive visual merchandising by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and keeping the store or showroom clean and inviting.
Assist with stock organization, inventory checking, and reporting low stock or sample shortages.
Follow company policies regarding customer service, phone etiquette, cleanliness, safety, and document organization.
Qualifications
Previous retail sales or fashion/apparel experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is preferred.
Basic computer skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to assist with sample organization, document filing, and daily sales support.
Knowledge of women’s clothing, styling, fabrics, or fashion trends is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
Willingness to learn and support different tasks in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
