Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven, people-focused Sales Executive to initially lead villa sales at our developing Otau Village in Clevedon, East Auckland, a warm and welcoming new village community.

You will guide our older New Zealanders and their families through one of life’s biggest decisions — finding a place where they feel secure, connected, inspired and a new place to call Home!

This position will intially be based at our Clevedon Village for approximatley 7 months to cover an existing staff members leave and will then be a 'floater' around our wider Auckland villages, covering gaps where required. You will therefore be happy and able to travel to numerous villages around the Auckland area.

Key Responsibilities will include

Establish and actively manage a data base of sales prospects, networking with the wider community and form ongoing relationships with prospective residents.
Work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders within the development team, to prepare for market launches and contribute to sales and marketing strategies unique to your village
Shape village culture and bring vibrancy to the village and all it has to offer
Contribute and help New Zealanders establish a rewarding and meaningful retirement lifestyle
About You

You will be an experienced sales professional who responds positively to challenges and ongoing growth & learning. You are an excellent listener with the ability to empathise with our target market and value being a part of a high performing team.

Other qualities that will support your application include:

Proven sales success — property, automotive, lifestyle or similar
Warmth, empathy and confidence — you love helping people
Strong relationship and solution-selling skills
CRM experience and a disciplined approach
Flexibility to work weekends when needed
