Motel Supervisor / Motel Manager

Motel & Co Pty Ltd franchise of Best Western Australia is planning to hiring a motivated hospitality professional looking for a rewarding live-in management role in a beautiful Bundaberg Region to oversee & enhance guest experience and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations for the motel, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and casual staff
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly customer service
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, invoicing, and budget monitoring
Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards
Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs
Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed
Promote the motels through local marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
