Counter Sales & Operations Associate (Automotive Parts)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident, sales-driven individual to join our automotive parts business. This is not just a basic counter job you’ll be the front face of the business, handling customers, managing orders, and helping run daily operations.

If you’re comfortable on the phone, good with people, and have automotive knowledge, this role has strong growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and sales

Build relationships with customers and provide strong customer service

Manage and process orders accurately

Follow up with customers and handle charge account balances

Coordinate and direct drivers for deliveries

Handle opening and closing duties of the shop

Track cores and assist with inventory organization

Occasionally assist with local deliveries when needed

Potentially visit local shops / customers to help generate sales

Requirements:

Strong sales personality, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking on the phone

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Automotive knowledge (parts experience is a strong asset)

Valid driver’s license

Reliable and flexible with work hours

Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
