Job Description
JEMS Jewish Preschool is opening our new “Little Jems” infant classroom (3–18 months) and is seeking a nurturing, reflective Lead Teacher to help bring this space to life.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a Reggio-inspired infant environment rooted in connection, calm, and deep respect for each child.
The Role
Create a warm, responsive, relationship-based environment
Support development through observation, care, and intention
Design a beautiful, sensory-rich space for infants
Partner closely with families and your teaching team
