Bilingual Call Center Sales Rep

Job Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual Call Center Sales Representative with strong outbound calling experience. This is a performance-driven role focused on contacting leads, building trust quickly, and converting conversations into appointments or sales.

If you are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, handling objections, and closing, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads
Speak confidently in English and Spanish with prospective clients
Deliver clear, persuasive pitches tailored to customer needs
Convert calls into booked appointments or sales
Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline
Use CRM (Salesforce or similar) to track all activity
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply Without These)

Call center experience REQUIRED
Outbound calling experience REQUIRED (not just inbound support)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proven ability to handle objections and close conversations
Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
Strong work ethic and consistency
Preferred (Strong Advantage)

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
Background in selling IT or tax services or financial services, or small business outreach
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Compensation Structure

Base hourly pay
Performance bonuses + commission based on conversions
Top performers earn significantly more
