About the Role

We are hiring Door-to-Door Solar Canvassers to work in LADWP service areas near Burbank and surrounding Valley neighborhoods.

This position is available as W-2 or 1099, depending on your preference and availability.

Pay & Earnings

$30/hour base pay
Commission per qualified appointment
Daily pay available (same-day or next-day payout)
Top performers earn $15,000–$20,000 per month
Part-time or full-time opportunities
Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods
Speak with homeowners about solar and PPA programs
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Accurately track doors knocked and appointments set
What We’re Looking For

Door-to-door or field sales experience preferred
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Reliable, motivated, and consistent
Able to work outdoors
Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week
Solar experience is a plus, but not required
