Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study and five years of .Net development experience. Experience must be post-baccalaureate and progressiveFive years of work experience with software application/system architecture, design, development, and coding using JavaScript, C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net, Visual Studio, .Net FW, Web Services, TFS2010/Azure DevOps GIT, and SQL ServerWork in Houston, TX. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be requiredJob Description: Analyze user requirements and business processes; suggest cost-effective solutions; architect, design, and develop mission-critical web-based, Windows client-server software applications to automate and enhance business activitiesTranslate business and functional requirements into technical design; design workflow; perform coding/programming; develop database, database schema, and store procedures; design and develop user interfaces to ensure inter-operabilityImplement software applications; optimize code and database performance; develop test plans; write test cases; conduct testing on compatibility, functionality, and performance; maintain and debug software applicationsDevelop Web Services; maintain version control; prepare build and release plan documents; and write high level and low level design
