What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Team Member?

Help residents through the enrollment process and make sure every application is perfect.
Get out into assigned community zones to share info and answer questions with a smile.
Support your crew by tracking daily activity and keeping everything organized to reach our shared goals.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Team Member? -

A high school diploma or GED; if you have some marketing or business classes under your belt, that is awesome.
Great communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and coaching.
Comfort being out in residential neighborhoods and chatting with new people every day.
The ability to stay organized and use mobile tools to keep track of your success.
