General Support functions:

1. Data entry billing, receipts and accounting treatment.

2. Reconciling A/P, & A/R aging reports with our 4 branches. Processing other general accounting transactions.

3. Record employer & employee health insurance contribution & deposit.

4. Rotate job with cashier.

5. Checking invoice sales permit & class.

General Payroll functions:

1. Collect, confirm and process timesheets and overtime.

2. Track employee vacation and sick time.

General Inventory functions:

1. Data entry inventory daily repair record.

2. Prepare physical count worksheet.

3. Verify computer data with physical count of stock and adjusts errors in Quickbooks.

4. Prepare reports inventory balance and shortages.

5. Update new sales pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
