Leasing Agent (Short-Term Rental / Airbnb Experience Preferred)

We are a growing residential real estate development and property management company based in Houston, TX, specializing in new construction townhomes.

We are looking for a Leasing Agent with experience in Airbnb and short-term rentals, who can also support long-term leasing operations and general office coordination tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both office and field responsibilities.

Responsibilities
• Manage leasing activities for both short-term (Airbnb) and long-term rentals
• Create, optimize, and manage Airbnb listings (pricing, calendar, descriptions)
• Handle guest communication, bookings, and issue resolution
• Coordinate property showings for long-term tenants
• Screen tenants and process applications
• Track leasing performance and occupancy
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors for unit readiness
• Assist with general office tasks and daily operations
• Follow up on leads from platforms such as Zillow, TurboTenant, and Airbnb
• Maintain organized records of leases, payments, and communications

Requirements
• Prior experience with Airbnb or short-term rental platforms (REQUIRED)
• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with property management tools (TurboTenant, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit properties when needed

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
