In addition, you will oversee event management activities, including monitoring and responding to global political developments, local weather disruptions, and customer-specific events that may impact operations. The role also supports onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor shipments post-departure across the network to ensure service delivery
Manage DIFOT performance and proactively address risks to on-time delivery
Identify and resolve missed or delayed connections in a timely manner
Track and respond to external events (e.g., weather, geopolitical impacts) affecting supply chain operations
Support customer-specific requirements and special events
Assist with onboarding new customers into operational processes
