Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Product serves as a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering elevated client experiences and driving the business for assigned product categories. This role coaches and manages a boutique sales team, partners with the Boutique Director, and collaborates with the Home Office buying team on assortment and category strategy.
Responsibilities
• Coach and develop sales team on the selling floor to deliver elevated client service and product knowledge.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning in partnership with buying.
• Create a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
• Represent the brand in market through community engagement, partnerships, and events to develop the client base.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience and the House of CHANEL.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence for boutique management, team coaching, and upholding operational and image standards.
