High Ticket Sales Representative – Roofing (No Cap Commission)

We’re building a small, high-performance sales team and looking for hungry, self-driven closers who want to make real money.

This is a commission-only, door-to-door sales role. If you’re not comfortable knocking doors or working on commission, this is NOT for you.

If you are—this is one of the highest paying opportunities in the roofing industry.

What You’ll Do
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local networking
• Inspect roofs and guide homeowners through the insurance process
• Set and run appointments with homeowners
• Close deals and manage them through completion
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Opportunity to sell additional exterior services (stucco, paint, repairs) to increase deal size and commissions

Pay
• Commission only (no cap)
• Average job size: $10,000 – $20,000+
• Earnings per deal: $1,000 – $5,000+
• Top reps: $10K – $30K+/month

• Confident, outgoing, and competitive
• Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection
• Sales experience is a plus (not required if you’re hungry)
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Reliable transportation
