We're hiring a trusted, highly organized Legal Executive Assistant to support a senior lead partner in a fast‑paced, client‑facing practice. This is senior‑level executive support: you'll manage priorities, protect the partner's time, and keep communications, logistics, and deliverables moving smoothly.
This role is well‑suited for an experienced EA, legal assistant, or paralegal who enjoys ownership, judgment calls, and being the operational "go‑to."
What You'll Do
Manage a complex executive calendar and inbox with strong judgment
Track tasks, follow‑ups, and deadlines
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑ups
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal teams
Format, proofread, and finalize legal and client‑ready documents
Assist with filings, client intake, matter management, and organization
Coordinate travel, expenses, vendors, and liaise with firm admin teams
Handle confidential information with discretion
What We're Looking For
5+ years in executive assistant, legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and confidential matters
Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, calendars, PDFs, and video conferencing
Additional exprience handling filings, legal billing systems a plus, but not required
