Swift Transportation's Phoenix terminal is now hiring Refrigerated OTR drivers out of Phoenix, AZ. Driving reefer OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential.
• Top 25% of OTR Reefer drivers at the Phoenix terminal average $1200 weekly
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.58 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience
• Home monthly
• Haul temperature-controlled freight
• Weekly paychecks
• Over 30 terminals in 25 states
