CNC Programmer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. This role requires hands on experience with CNC machinery, strong technical ability, and the capability to translate engineering drawings into precise machine instructions. This is not an entry level position. Prior CNC machine operation experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and router machine (3 axis)
Translate engineering drawings and specifications into accurate production dimensions
Utilize Mozaic or Cabinet Vision software for programming
Ensure all finished parts meet exact specifications and quality standards
Perform daily machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Analyze blueprints and technical documents to verify accuracy
Follow all safety procedures and properly handle material
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of CNC programming or operation experience
Proficiency in Mosaic or Cabinet Vision software is required
Strong math skills with understanding of tool and work offsets
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with CNC milling and router machine setup and operation
Woodworking experience required, including prior cabinetry knowledge
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
