On Call Registered Nurse

Wage: $44 to $55/hour DOE, includes On Call stipend

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night 8 or 12-hour shifts available

Additional stipends available based on schedule

We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 shift per month

• Creating a safe and healthy environment where residents, staff, and visitors engage in daily life.
• Conducting comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating and supervising care plans effectively, ensuring resident well-being.
• Collaborating with care partners to develop assignments, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
• Completion of a Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)

Experience/Training:
• Strong clinical observation and assessment skills.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication of electronic health records.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of managerial experience in a relevant field.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Current RN license in Washington.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
