Job Description
Wage: $44 to $55/hour DOE, includes On Call stipend
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night
8 or 12 hour shifts available
Additional stipends available based on schedule
Minimum commitment: 1 shift per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to promote engagement in the residents' daily activities.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Initiate care plans when necessary and supervise resident care effectively.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners and hold team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education:
• Completion of a Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN).
Experience/Training:
• Strong clinical observation and assessment skills.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation, electronic health records, and team communication.
• 1-3 years of professional managerial experience in a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
