Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while working with our customers to obtain repayment on their past due loans in a timely manner.
Managing customer communications across all channels, such as email, chat, and phone
Meet and exceed individual and departmental goals and performance requirements
Participate and engage in team meetings and performance reviews
Be a subject matter expert as it pertains to our products, processes and procedures
Report to all shifts on-time and ready to work – reliable attendance is critical
Being flexible and an agent of change
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid Government Issued Photo ID
Clean Criminal Record
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Wage:

$17.85 - $20 Per hour
