CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Priority #1: Help humans get their jobs done with technology;
Act as the central point of coordination between clients and technical teams;
Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, impact, and SLAs;
Perform basic technical work on service requests, including password resets, user account updates, software installs, basic troubleshooting, and standard change requests;
Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technician;
Dispatch tickets to the right technicians based on skill set, availability, and priority;
Schedule onsite and remote work efficiently while optimizing technician utilization;
Communicate clearly with clients regarding issue status, next steps, and expectations;
Support technicians by gathering required information, coordinating access, and ensuring prerequisites are in place;
Monitor ticket queues to ensure progress, follow-up, and timely resolution;
Document all activity in a clear, accurate, and consistent manner.
Specifications
Bulletproof IT is growing and looking for team members to support clients at a tier one level. No previous experience is necessary but is considered an asset.
Excellent communication, organization, and people skills are as important to us as technical ability. Education and certifications are an advantage, though the right experience and attitude may substitute.
IT service desk or technical dispatch environments
Ticketing and workflow management systems
Basic troubleshooting of Windows desktops and common business applications
Microsoft 365 user and device administration
Remote support tools
Customer service in a technical or professional services environment
