Proshop Attendants

Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available


As summer begins to wind down, we’re already looking ahead to the fall season at River Spirit Golf Club.


We’re currently hiring Pro Shop Attendants to help fill in as some of our amazing out-of-province university students head back to school.

River Spirit is a family-run, 27-hole golf facility known for its welcoming atmosphere, strong team culture, and stunning course layout just outside Calgary.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for golf or customer service. If you're organized, dependable, and work well in a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with a professional, friendly demeanor
Process payments accurately for green fees, merchandise, and rentals
Answer phone calls and voicemails promptly and professionally
Check in golfers and manage tee time bookings
Assist with the setup and coordination of tournaments and special events
Maintain inventory by restocking merchandise and conducting inventory counts
Keep the pro shop and clubhouse clean, organized, and welcoming
Promote and uphold golf course etiquette among guests and staff
Support back shop operations when required
Assist with starter and marshal duties as needed
Clean and maintain clubhouse bathrooms throughout your shift
Complete all end-of-shift tasks and ensure smooth shift transitions
Schedule & Availability
8-hour shifts (varied start and end times)
Opening and closing shifts available
Weekend availability is required
Season runs from course opening to closing (weather dependent)
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior customer service experience is a strong asset
Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with the public
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of golf and course etiquette preferred
Minimum age: 18 years
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation to and from the course
