We are currently seeking a Full-Time Production Department Assistant to join our Edmonton team. We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities:
Fulfill orders and prepare required documentation
Process, adjust, and correct customer data in internal systems
Accurately manage data within electronic platforms
Organize internal files and maintain proper storage of completed documents
Stay current with procedural updates and apply them in daily tasks
Coordinate with the sales team and respond to inquiries about products, services, and processes
Track and manage documentation and records
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
Resolve procedural issues and adapt to changes in digital file management
Qualifications:
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at interpreting and applying policy and procedure guidelines
Adaptable and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
Paid training provided.
