Your place in our story

The Site Superintendent, Low-Rise is responsible for organizing and scheduling the day-to-day completion of homes, balancing business needs and homeowner expectations. This role requires a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional quality and service.


Here’s how you’ll contribute

Coordinate all activities between trades and suppliers.

Implement and maintain a quality control program with standards and mock-ups at all construction stages.

Ensure accuracy and quality control for all in-suite finishes and upgrades.

Oversee trades to maintain updated “As Built” drawings, Commissioning, Occupancy, and Warranty programs.

Coordinate procedures with governing authorities and consultants to secure occupancy permits.

Conduct inspections with building inspectors and ensure timely resolution of items.

Liaise with trades and consultants for equipment commissioning.

Ensure inspection and deficiency rectification prior to Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).

Assist with obtaining and verifying all “As Built” drawings and manuals from trades.

Ensure trades adhere to scope, Schedule A, and homeowner extras.


What you bring to the team

5+ years previous Site Superintendent experience (low-rise preferred).

Proven reliability and ability to deliver projects on time.

Strong adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Clear and effective communication skills (listening and verbal).


Hiring pay range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
