Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Operate industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.
Setup: Select and load correct threads, needles, and designs for each job, and hoop materials properly.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished items for defects, such as thread breaks or misalignment, and make necessary corrections.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance like cleaning, oiling, and replacing parts to ensure proper machine function.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues, and notify supervisors of significant malfunctions.
Monitoring & Productivity: Monitor machine operation to maintain quality and efficiency, and meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Required Skills and Knowledge

Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate various types of embroidery machines and related software.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurately executing designs and ensuring high-quality finishes.
Problem-Solving: Skills to troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust machine settings.
Material Knowledge: Understanding of different threads, needles, hoops, and fabrics to select appropriate materials for each job.
Quality Control: A keen eye for detail to identify and correct defects in the embroidery.
Work Environment & Demands

Physical Demands: Involves standing, bending, twisting, and making repetitive motions.
