CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations. Strong communication skills and ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment. Duties include feeding, diaper changing, soothing, and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities. Ability to maintain a consistent routine. Flexibility in schedule is required.
