About the role

This is a brilliant entry point into the world of client services and loyalty marketing.

You'll join our client services team supporting the day-to-day running of a Hong Kong-based rewards program. From client communications and campaign reporting to customer queries and marketing support, you'll get real exposure to what it takes to keep a loyalty program humming.

Over time, you'll grow your skills across account management, operations, and marketing — with a team behind you that's invested in helping you get there.

Language requirements: You'll need professional fluency in Traditional Chinese, Cantonese, and English — written and spoken. This role works directly with Hong Kong-based customers and client teams, so clear, confident communication across all three languages is essential.

What you'll be doing

Running day-to-day loyalty program operations — client comms, performance reporting, customer queries, and marketing support in English and Traditional Chinese
Handling customer service for a Hong Kong client with care and professionalism
Building, scheduling, and reporting on email marketing campaigns
Putting together client reporting decks and fortnightly updates in PowerPoint and Excel
Supporting a small portfolio of client accounts with scheduling, task tracking, and comms
What we're looking for

A genuine appetite to learn — this role is built for someone who wants to grow
Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling a few things at once
Confident in PowerPoint and Excel — you can build a deck and work with data without it slowing you down
Fluent in Traditional Chinese, Cantonese, and English — written and spoken
A clear, warm communicator in both English and Chinese
Friendly, proactive, and a natural team player
Nice to have — but not deal-breakers

1–2 years in a customer-facing or client-facing role
Some hands-on marketing experience — even at student or volunteer level, or a relevant degree
Comfort with numbers and a willingness to lean into reporting
Experience with AI tools
