As we expand, we’re seeking a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand across digital platforms and real-world environments.

Role Summary:

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating compelling content and strategies that showcase our work and strengthen our presence in the industry. This role requires both digital marketing expertise and a physical presence on active construction sites to capture media, document progress, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit active construction sites to capture photo/video content, and document milestones
Manage and update the onsite signage, vehicles, equipment, company website, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized
Create and manage content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital ads
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify promotional opportunities
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, proposal templates, and signage
Track campaign performance and analytics, and provide regular reporting
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials
Qualifications:

1+ year of marketing experience (construction, architecture, or real estate industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and SEO best practices
Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience with photography/videography for marketing purposes (drone operation a bonus)
Comfortable working on active construction sites (PPE will be provided)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle for onsite visits)
