Location: Edison Park & Lakeview (Chicago), Illinois

• Lakeview: 1724 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60657

This role will support leadership and growth across both the Edison Park and Lakeview offices.

Opportunity Overview

CENTURY 21 Circle is seeking a high-performing Designated Managing Broker / Growth Leader to lead and grow our Edison Park and Lakeview offices in Chicago. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on recruiting, developing agents, and driving measurable office performance.

You will play a key role in shaping the growth and trajectory of two established offices—driving agent growth, increasing productivity, and strengthening Circle’s presence within these local markets.

This is not a passive management role. It is a performance-driven leadership position for someone who is motivated by building teams, developing agents, and producing results.

Purpose of Position

The Designated Managing Broker / Growth Leader is responsible for driving office growth, agent productivity, and overall office profitability. This role focuses on agent attraction, retention, coaching, operational excellence, and creating a high-performance culture that elevates agent success and company revenue.

This role is built for a results-driven leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and is motivated by building and scaling high-performing teams. It plays a key part in driving growth and strengthening market presence within the Edison Park and Lakeview communities.

Success in this role is driven by consistent recruiting, strong agent engagement, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

This is an on-site leadership role, requiring a consistent Monday–Friday presence across both offices:
• Edison Park: 6122 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago, IL 60631
• Lakeview: 1724 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60657

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Office Management
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maximize productivity, agent success, and transaction margins
• Execute strategic initiatives that improve office performance and operational efficiency
• Foster a professional, positive, and growth-oriented office culture

Agent Attraction & Recruiting
• Develop and execute a consistent agent recruiting strategy
• Conduct ongoing prospecting, outreach, and follow-up with potential recruits
• Maintain strong visibility and relationships within the local real estate community
• Track and manage recruiting pipeline performance

Agent Development & Retention
• Coach and motivate agents through structured development and accountability
• Support agents in achieving productivity and business growth goals
• Promote company tools, services, and resources to enhance the client experience

Business Development & Profitability
• Analyze office production and profitability trends to increase per-agent performance
• Monitor financial performance against established benchmarks
• Partner with senior leadership to implement revenue-driving initiatives

Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records and operational reporting
• Participate in leadership meetings, sales events, and company initiatives

• Maintain a pipeline of 50+ recruiting prospects
• Meet or exceed office recruiting goals
• Consistently drive agent growth through ongoing recruiting activity

• Increase per-agent productivity (PPP)
• Maintain or improve overall office profitability
• Increase adoption of integrated services

Retention & Culture
• Drive agent retention through engagement and development
• Increase participation in office and company training initiatives
• Maintain active involvement in coaching and development activities

Education & Experience
• Active Illinois Managing Broker License required
• Minimum 3+ years of real estate industry experience
• Leadership, coaching, or sales management experience preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service experience

Physical Requirements: Light physical activity required, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
