Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team for the 2026 Season. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience, while scheduling service appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, English is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, scheduling and some sales.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Scheduling service appointments
Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
Perform data entry to update customer records.
Assist customers with issues and resolving complaints effectively
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions using HouseCall
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex issues
Support Field Technicians from the office
Follow company policies on phone etiquette and communication standards to ensure consistent service quality
Skills

Excellent communication skills in English
A good knowledge of the City of Calgary
Logistics
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Analysis skills to assess customer needs.
Experience in sales
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
