Marketing Manager

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing operations across all Token’s brands and companies. This hands-on role combines creative design, brand management, digital execution, and data-driven strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to drive growth, enhance visibility, and ensure consistent brand alignment across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Management
Lead marketing strategy and execution for Token’s portfolio of brands.
Manage trade marketing programs, promotional materials, and POS assets.
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial marketing regulations for ******** and beverage alcohol.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversee website content and updates across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and paid campaign performance reporting.
Plan, schedule, and optimize social media content across all channels.
Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to guide strategy.
Creative & Design
Develop and execute graphic design projects for packaging, digital assets, and trade materials.
Collaborate with partners and printers to ensure production quality and brand consistency.
Collaboration & Coordination
Support sales and distribution teams with marketing collateral and retail activation tools.
Coordinate product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships, freelancers, and creative partners when required.
Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within CPG industries.
Hands-on skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Experience managing websites on WordPress and Shopify.
Strong understanding of social media and Google analytics tools.
Familiarity with ******** and/or beverage alcohol marketing regulations is a strong asset.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
