Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Nisku, AB
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM during training, then 2:00 PM–10:30 PM afternoon shift

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support their Nisku shop operations. In this role, you will help ensure equipment is maintained and delivered on time to meet operational demands while contributing to overall equipment utilization and efficiency.

What's the Job?

Perform assigned tasks under the direction of the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Technicians
Work closely with Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors, following guidance and established procedures
Complete low-level, noninvasive maintenance tasks
Maintain assigned equipment in alignment with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), division maintenance programs, and standard work processes
Accurately record materials, supplies, labor, and equipment maintenance history within TLM business systems
Follow all divisional TLM standards
Participate in continuous improvement activities to support asset utilization and cost-of-service delivery improvements
Assist efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency across the maintenance team
What's Needed?

Understanding of maintenance processes and workflows
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience working with hand tools
Ability to follow instructions and work safely under direct supervision
Commitment to accuracy, task completion, and continuous improvement
Complete Drug, Alcohol, and Mask fit testing and Criminal Record Check
